This is the video that continues from a live stream for System Build 23 when Brian ran into a small problem with the CPU not being supported by the motherboard on that current version of the BIOS.
He fixed the problem by swapping to a supported CPU and then upgrading the BIOS and then swapping the processor back.
He also goes over the installation process and the OS installation. Default load with drivers, configuration and also removing all bloatware from the system.
