I always use a shredded memory foam pillow so you can fluff it up under your neck. When you first get the pillow you will need to take out about half of the stuffing until it’s right for you. Best pillow I’ve ever had. I had a cronic neck condition and it’s good for me. Michelle x
The Zara dresses and jumpsuit are gorgeous, well done for finding them. I am the same as you re pillows, I can never seem to find one that is comfortable enough and it's so annoying spending a fortune of pillows that don't work for me. Gail's looks great I am going to have to see if they have any in Scotland. It's always nice to see Tom in your videos/vlogs, you guys are a gorgeous couple. x
Freya I really feel like you would benefit from an inverter. Its like this chair/table thing, that you stand in and secure your feet, then you lean back and essentially, hang upside down. My Dad spent thousands on chiropractors for his back/neck/shoulders, as did I at 1 point (scoliosis and sciatica) and anyway he bought an inverter. Never looked back. Just to help your spine realign etc. Do it every evening and build your time up on it, honestly, as you've got the space to perhaps keep one somewhere, garage perhaps or in the basement. If there's anyone that has 1 near you perhaps give it a go or rent 1 for a month. There's nothing worse than being in pain but yeah, a pillow is just not going to heal your spinal/neck issues. Lol I sound like a sales person pmsl. I'm not just advice xx 😘

I use one of those book stands to display coffee table books pages open on a build in book shelf, I regularly turn the pages or change books to refresh the look and include the season.
On the topic of pillows, I am someone with a joint disorder, and I have found the best pillow combination that prevents neck pain for me. It’s the John Lewis memory foam pillow that has a shorter and taller side intended for back and side sleepers,paired with a cheap soft pillow on top! Means I get both the support and the cosy soft pillow, it has been perfect for me for 5 years. The soft pillow gets replaced every now and then but the foam one hasn’t become less supportive. Highly recommend!

You were doing so incredibly well on the bargains ❤ the charity shop finds were stunning and then you go and ruin it by paying the ridiculous prices in The White Compay .I used to shop there. until I realised the actual goods were very poor quality .Bedspreads,that pull,fragrances I don't even like .Bedding that's anything but soft . I lived in Southport for the first 37 years of my life and it's a very "brand " lifestyle in tthe North .Like they have to prove themselves with merchandise .We moved to the Midlands to a beautiful village due to life changes and here no one cares where it's from as long as your smart and tasteful .I had no idea it was a northern thing till then 😊
