I just find interesting (and kinda of unfair) how on the title tracks Onda gets relegated to adlib duty with Yiren with a few lines, but on the some of the b-sides Onda is treated kinda like Elly with a lead vocal-ish treatment

Yes I see that, Elly (weki meki) also gets treated like a sub vocalist in most of the group tracks, just like Onda, but in besides she often gets a lot of lines
2:17 she sings "Everyday" with Sihyeon too !
i don't think that's onda, there's a high-pitched voice shouting "slay" on top of all the members so i'm guessing it's one of the bg vocalists

that's because live stages show the 1st and 2nd chorus as Mia and the 3rd chorus as Onda. but if you listen carefully, they all sound the same. it's both mia & onda :)

It's been confirmed that she sings with Mia her parts on the BBC pre chorus?
compare 0:24 with 0:30, it sounds the same. it's mia and onda's voices mixed together
however, i counted the "junbiga dwaesseo" in the 1st and 2nd choruses as ad-libs since in the live version it's only mia singing it. also you can see the results without counting those lines in case you disagree, at the end of the video

She has 40 seconds in total, if u count her chant in salute chorus

Onda's lines are literally perfect for her position as a sub vocalist: easy and repetetive lines that fit her voice.
I think that her lines are pretty well distributed.

Then sihyeon sings 18.1s,and onda sings 17.6s.Then is Onda 3rd place instead of 4th palce and sihyeon is 4th place instead of place? (According to your line distribution)
