Fun campervan that feels spacious inside with many smart solutions! Hymer, one of the world's most renowned manufacturers. The car is ahead of its time in terms of electric windows, airbags and other equipment.
Powerful 2.3L engine combined with the size makes this car fun to drive! What is also worth noting is that this has electric mirrors, electric windows, airbags and ASR anti-spin, which is somewhat unusual for cars from this vintage!
On the outside, you will find aluminum rims, a bicycle rack, an electric step and a reversing camera. Inside, you have smart solutions.
The seating group consists of benches 'face to face' and reversible chairs with armrests. The table in the seating area can be extended with a wave of the hand for a larger table surface. The seating group can be folded down into a bed with simple steps as needed.
In the ceiling, you have a drop-down bed that is easily lowered and means that you always have made-up beds available. In connection with the lowering bed, there are also windows on both sides. It is worth noting that you can use the seating group as normal even if the drop-down bed is down!
Kitchen with hot/cold water, cooker hood, fridge with freezer and lots of smart storage space in the form of drawers and cupboards.
The smart bathroom can be found in the back of the car. Here you have a fixed toilet, shower and sink. Cupboard for toiletries and large wardrobe. In the front you will find chairs with armrests, A/C, airbags on both sides. ASR anti-spin. In the driver's environment, you also have blinds and a reversing camera. Electric windows and electric mirrors.

The rear panel opening up so large was a great surprise. Lovely! Sweet van, good layout with that drop down bed. I would throw out that accordion door in the bathroom and use a shower curtain. I would also throw out that toy fridge and get a huge fridge, create a different wardrobe and rethink the shelf storage which is chopped up and inaccessible.

Ich habe mir genau diesen gebraucht vor ca. 1.5Jahren gekauft. Einfach genial dieses Konzept. Wir haben es bis heute nicht bereut. Er ist auch aus heutiger Sicht,vielen Campern überlegen . Größe/Breite/ Raumgefühl/ Schrankkonzept/ vor allem Zuladung. Voll beladen mit Roller und Räder 2 Personen Tank ec. 3300 kg . Das gibt es so nicht . Ab und an sind noch welche im Netz zu finden . Denn jeder der einen Besitz,verkauft ihn sehr sehr selten 👍👍👍👍👍
Ps. Man wird auf diesen Wagen angesprochen im Urlaub . Aber immer positiv.

Great washroom and the storage is ace..but the beds are terrible if you are a larger person or disabled...it's a good looking van though.

There are many who have such challenges and would rather have one with a low bed in the back of the camper. What it'd cost to have it 4x4, eliminate overhead bed, make that fridge "taller", added overhead light with fan/window, popped up window/skylight ? I like the layout......

Ich hatte auch einen 18 Jahre lang der Ducato war nach jedem Urlaub in der Werkstatt außer dem Motor ging alles kaputt jetzt habe ich einen Sprinter.

The only thing I see it missing is a small regular/microwave oven. Other than that, it seems almost perfect. I wish they sold these in the US.

Ja, das Interieur hat einen Retro-Look, der an die 70er erinnert! Das ist tatsächlich ein Modell aus dem Jahr 2005, also schon 19 Jahre alt. Es hat sich definitiv viel im Design und der Technologie in den letzten Jahren getan, aber dieser Camper hat immer noch seinen eigenen Charme. 😊

Thanks for the comment. It is not permitted to install seat belts at the back due to traffic safety. This is registered for two people. Have also sold a similar camper previously which was registered for four people. It didn't have belts at the back. According to old traffic rules, they were not required to have belts in the back. In any case, this is an incredibly small camper that is best suited for one or two people. Have a great day.

I only miss the window in the bathroom.
This is an incredibly small camper and we think the manufacturer has placed a lot in the small space available. It would have been possible to mount a window at the rear if you had wanted.

It's not true that it's the smallest, the Wingamm Oasi500 is 510cm long and the internal layout is far better!
Thanks for the comment. Layout/Interior is a matter of taste, and fortunately there are many different options to choose from so that everyone can find something they like. Wingamm you could say is a copy of this. This is the original delivered from Hymer. This is a 2005 model and things have probably improved over the past 19 years. When you compare the price, you get a dozen with this camper versus the aforementioned camper. Incidentally, the "Knaus Boxstar 500 City" is 499 cm long and even shorter than both of these in length. A larger refrigerator would make it perfect.
This model came with different types of refrigerators. We also had a similar camper last year with a larger fridge, you can see this on our channel here: ruclips.net/video/_1qxSKrgDhQ/видео.html It is also possible to put a larger fridge in this, but then you have to sacrifice the cupboard above the fridge .
