Please you stated earlier saying that if the distance between the waist to hip is 9 inches you subtract 2 I wanted to know if that only applies to those with hip depth of 9 inches
Thanks for the tutorial But the side dart on the front upper piece made the front and back upper piece not to be equal by the side when joining What can we do about this pls?
@@NtsakoSambo01Bust dart is the difference between the front and back half length. For example, if your front half length is 18 and your back half length is 16, that means your bust dart is 2 inches. When you draft your bust dart of 2 inches on the front pattern, after closing the bust dart, the side of the front automatically becomes 16 inches.
Pls can you also make another tutorial but with a pattern paper for this same style but the strapless design.the same style but the one that starts from the burst

But the side dart on the front upper piece made the front and back upper piece not to be equal by the side
when joining
What can we do about this pls?
The side of both the front and the back will be equal once you close the bust dart. Check your measurement properly.
M having the same problem 😬

Pls what fabric did you use for the linen ?
Cotton lining.

It's the same process with this one.
The only difference is that, the neckline will start from the chest line, then you do your overbust tightening.
Thanks for this tutorial
