The red dots could actually be coming from eating American food because they dont have strict food regulations like the food in Europe does many Americans have the experience that they have those dots and when they are in europ for a bit and eat food there find it not only that it tastes better but that the dots (mostly Referat to as strawberry arms) start shedding and they also feel much more healthy
