Imagine trying to constantly keep up with the mammoth challenge of city.... Having to punch above your weight... Hitting 90+ points but losing by 1 point... Losing in two champions league finals.... Almost winning the quadruple and then the downer following that... Players aging... Having to rebuild...
All these things can get the better of you.... And to keep going takes so much motivation and energy!
Yes every manager is looking out for themselves but if anyone is looking out for the team at the same time it's klopp! Hopefully he leaves us after winning some trophies! Pound for pound the best manager in the world!

I sort of feel sorry for Trent. Hendo leaving, Klopp leaving. Next season maybe Salah and possibly VVD. They're all ageing. He is 25 now. The kid that Klopp believed in, Trent has really come of age. I hope he stays and delivers the message to others who join the club, keeps that winning mentality within Liverpool's bloodline. The future is bright for Liverpool, thank you Mr. Klopp. 🙏

Imagine if Liverpool won the league and he left that would be awful I m devastated to be honest He is irreplaceable Liverpool have had some of the best managers in the games history Replacing Klopp looks incredibly difficult I don't see anyone good enough or anyone who can improve players like Klopp does. That's his greatest asset. He can improve players and the stability at Liverpool has been really important. The club backed him. Two finals in his first full season. We knew this guy could win it all. Respect to Jürgen for everything he's done. He s been class. He has brought so much happiness to people and I'm somewhat heartbroken. 😢

Let’s enjoy this second half of the season because for as a Liverpool fan of 52 years and Klopp has just been fantastic getting the players walk hand in hand to the Kop and basically made them throw their hands in the air and all the media and rival fans mocked for celebrating a draw against WBA never forget it now who has had the last laugh now?
Any Club in the world would love Klopp at their club and if he gets the Germany job start betting on Germany to start winning the Euro’s and the World Cup’s that is for sure. So as Liverpool fans let’s enjoy this last train ride together and go out and win as many trophies as possible because Klopp has put Liverpool right at the top again and let’s see how many trophies Liverpool can win in the second half of the season and just enjoy.
What away to bow out if and I mean if he won the quadruple that will never be topped in Liverpool’s history and I am only saying if as we may not win anything yet this is why we love Klopp he had it all that is for sure.

I felt very sad when I heard the news. Klopp has been fantastic for us and he was not going to be around forever.
Last season was not the right time to leave. Now he has built Liverpool 2.0 as he calls it and what I see is a passionate group of players and it is scary just how good they can become. I think they can handle the situation and continue to impress as the season goes on.
Now is the right to leave. Gives the board time to find a replacement and the replacement can then look for the right players in the summer transfer market. If Klopp left in June it would take time to find a new manager.

The best timing for Klopp to announce leaving the club is when after LFC wins the PL this season + other cups trophies which is still a pretty big "IF". The second best timing is NOW when all is going well in all comps with the squad consisting of lots of talented young players built for the near future which should makes things "easier" for his predecessor when taking over

Can you imagine the shock winning the titel and maybe a trophy (EL), celebrating and the manager tells you he is leaving? It would feel like a knock right in to the face. I'm not sure I still could enjoy the win anymore and there would be no chance to give him a proper farewell. He told the fans in Mainz and Dortmund early he will leave at the end of the season so they could adjust to it. He knows exactly how strong the bond with the fans is and how much it will hurt them.

Klopp has brought so much passion to the game and his players as he took a very poor Liverpool side from it’s knees an now look at what he has done he truly is a genius because he has well and truly leaving Liverpool in a far better position than 9 years ago.
People are comparing him to Klopp but what Utd are not saying is the last time he won a Premier League that side was dreadful full stop then he ever thought about the bigger picture like Klopp has done the opposite to Ferguson this is why to this day Utd are feeling it and they cannot get out of this massive hole the Ferguson left behind. Yes he was one of the Greatest Manager in Premier League history yet Ferguson threw Moyes under the bus that is for sure.

Liverpool want Alonso and probably other teams want him as well, so I think it's a case of getting him in the summer or not at all.

It's not up to Alonso, he has a contract with Leverkusen until 2026. Liverpool will need to buy him out of his contract, because even though it's rumoured he has a clause in there that lets him leave for any of his 3 former clubs, that's all it is - a rumour. The only guaranteed way to get him is to agree a compensation package with Leverkusen. Alonso himself has gone on record saying he's dreamed of managing Liverpool so agreeing a contract with him would be the easy part.

It's highly recommended and a MUST for the Liverpool FC management, coaching staff, people in Liverpool FC who are involved in the transfer-market to permanently sell, do not extend their contract, do not offer loan with buy back clause condition, recall or return players that came from another club that are currently on loan to play for Liverpool FC, including ageing (above 26 years old), inconsistent (limited playing time, unable to perform well), players that are not comfortable playing different position instead of their natural position, "ON OR BEFORE SUMMER OF JUNE 2027" including players who will turn 30 years old on that year and the remaining UEFA Champions League Finals winner of 2018/2019 season namely Adrián San Miguel del Castillo (37), Thiago Alcântara (32), Van Dijk (32), Matip (32), Salah (31), Alisson Becker (31), Endo (30), Robertson (29), Diaz (27), Jota (27), Tsimikas (27), and Gomez (26)
it's a must to acquire young rising talent from the academy or in a different premiere league team or other leagues (MLS, Saudi, Brazilian and etc.) between ages 17 to 20 years old.

It’s amazing how all pundits are talking about Klopp leaving like they’re so disappointed. It was just a few years ago all of them were calling for him to get fired. “ The team needs to be rejuvenated”. Frankly, I don’t think that they are disappointed because he’s leaving. They’re more disappointed because he’s leaving on his own terms. ( they felt they had been let down because he didn’t get FIRED!
