Next time cookies get hard put a slice of bread in the container with them and cover it. In a couple house the bread will be hard but the cookies will be soft again 😊

You cook like I do, using recipes as a general guideline then 'winging it' and adding this and that, lol. It usually turns out just fine.

Oh yeah, about the shop selling the extended range of cheeses: you might not know them from the US, but just the images you caught showed a wide range of French and Italian cheeses very well known. At the extend that I'm blown away that you'll able to find that in Kenya. Really an exclusive supermarket. The US is not excactly THE well-known reputated cheese creator...

Your cheese dip looked delicious. I make something similar using Rotel tomatoes, cream cheese and velveeta with milk or half and half it is really good. I’ll bet it would be wonderful with chicken added I will have to try it. Do you ever make any American food for Koree?
Yes, I do, and yes, that’s usually the way we make cheese sauce at home too but with cream cheese and Velveeta cheese almost impossible to find here I make it like I did in this video
