Parade 1973 & 1974 St Louis Missouri Bamberger Ave With Scruggs School & Resurrection School America

This video was digitized from two reels of silent 8mm film and is of a school parade in St. Louis, Missouri in 1973 & 74. I'm not sure of the dates. one reel had manufacture date of I think 1973 and the other had no markings.
