Plaid Keyboard firmware

I made a custom PLAID keyboard for a Cyberdeck PC project. I had a lot of trouble making the Ateml 328P based keyboard work correctly. Nothing is hard but putting it all together was challenging and I made a lot of mis-steps. Here's a summary of what I did to make it work.
