What a fantastic vlog Vikki, was really interesting and I really enjoyed it, I suffer with Fibromyalgia and the awful
chronic illnesses and the horrible things that come with having hardly any nervous system and I have terrible
insomnia so I really fancy one of those mats to see if it could help me, I meant to Immune System not nervous
system....I,m such a divvy sometimes lol.
Enjoyed this video. You are a absolutely right , i think we do sometimes over look ourselves, things we maybe want to do (eg more skincare time etc) but always something else to do in the house / chores so things for youself are over looked. I do try to do skincaee at least once a day but really should try & up that to twice. Great to see your skincare/ haircare products, some of those ive never heard of the brands but nice to see whats put there & some high street inexpensive products as well. The hair 'custard' , & aldi vitamin c cream & night mask are products that i would like to try. I agree vicki about the cinema , youve paid your money so you have to actuslly sit thete , sit still & watch the film. At home always too many distractions. My husband always pauses it as he on his phone etc which realky annoys me!! But the cinema isnt cheap nowadays so we do tend to watch films at home but not as good as the cinema. Not seen the films you spoke about, but the iron claw sounds like thats my cup.of tea. The other 2 not so (seen the trailers)!!

Everyone, please be careful when using oil products in the bath or shower. I've slipped in the bath and really hurt my ribcage before now. I'll never use oil products again and I always have a bath mat. Great video Vicki 👍

I fell over after a few too many drinks on a night out, it made me laugh I just couldn’t get up. Anyway my friends got me home. I went to bed fully clothed and when I woke I was in a pool of blood I’d only bitten through my tongue I think when I fell. It wasn’t painful but there was blood everywhere 🤣🤣🤭
