Well explained Ben , and at the end of the day , don't apologize from having favourites. Well are all drawn to different fishing gear. Plane explanation is what we need . Well done buddy , a pleasure to watch , many thanks Shaun.😅😅😊
Hi Ben I've had one of these for a few months now, and it's a great product . Definitely wouldn't be without it now last week I fished at bradshaws and it rained for 6 hours none stop when I put the pole away after the session it was completely dry inside a big well done to preston and also yourself keep up with the videos there great pal
I use the preston top kit case Absolutely love it .... Same set up as the pole case .. Just took the carry strap off as i found it a pain in the ass in the car
The Velcro is a great idea Ben would be near perfect if it had what I think is diawa were they have a strap on the end for pulling out of the car little thing but makes sense
Thanks for the excellent review Ben, I do like the Preston brand as a whole but the Maver Pole Protection Case does appear to outshine this with its foam inserts that keep the main pole sctions apart and at least they have attempted to make the zips waterproof. I supose though, if you have a preston pole it might be a brand thing to get that one.
Very informative bought one with a x70 wanted to know whether you can fit the F1 one piece short kit in before I bought one, your video answered my question thanks
That's only thing stops me getting one,but if can get brolly in that's good, always carry brolly hardly ever use it but it's like most things with fishing take more than we use

Great review of a good product Ben thank you.
My pleasure! Martin

yeah Daiwa looks great, just don't like the retaining system, prefer that Velcro. if it was between the handle and the Velcro I choose Velcro for me.
Mine arrived today! Very impressive.
Enjoy it. Solid bits of kit.

I did like the Maver reviewed that earlier this year. I was 50 / 50 on the foam inserts
I like the Velcro design element of it. I have the standard Matrix one, and like you said with the MAP version, the Velcro straps are annoying
I know used to rive me nuts.

Glad I could help
Did you look at the Daiwa product? Thought the grab straps at the top would have interested you for helping unload from the car
yeah Daiwa looks great, just don't like the retaining system, prefer that Velcro. if it was between the handle and the Velcro I choose Velcro for me.
