Finding quality t-shirts brands that can hold up to washing, drying and using dyes to enhance them has been a challenge for me.. this info helps a lot!
bought their hoodies in the past even recently checked out there 2.0 hoodie. amazing quality , favorite fit only con is shipping times took me couple weeks for 15 garments. customer service isnt amazing but honestly if they were faster with shipping it would be perfect. didnt really have bad experience but to each they own
I repeat DO NOT order from Rue Porter anymore. Waiting on an order from June 2022, November 2022 and I purchased 1 item during the RTW launch and they promised items are shipped within 1-3 business day and I am still waiting. Take your money to someone who deserves it like LA Apparel, got my items in 3 days.
I have a difficult time believing that, if true, is anything close to the norm. Because I just ordered from them, got the tracking number in less than 24 hrs, it showed movement in tracking within 5 days after that, and was at my door three days earlier than the expected delivery date. And this went from Los Angeles to the east coast, mind you. I actually own more Los Angeles Apparel than anything else, they have the best fleece, the best heavyweight stuff by far in my opinion. But, I am extremely skeptical of comments like this when absolutely nothing went wrong with my order.
@@992turbos Well then you're a lucky one. I've seen more complaints about Rue than any other vendor, hands down. Plus, my own experience as well.
SCAM! I placed an order last november. After 6 months, they tell me they lost their customer data and tell me to do a chargeback. The credit card company tell me the time to do a chargeback has long passed. They took my money and refuse to give me a refund. SCAMMERS!
I placed an order to Rue Porter in December. Never received. I've now filed a claim with my CC company. Rue will not respond to any emails, they are freaking atrocious. I read all of the horror stories and thought I'd try for myself. And yep, they're all true. SOB's. Even if people loved the product, there is no way we could refill any reorders, so why bother? Absurd service.
Yeah it’s really sad that they can’t keep up with the orders. I ordered from their retail section and my items came within in a week as soon as I ordered from the wholesale section my items took over a month to receive
@@THEARTSMUSEUMNYC I was okay with a month, but I was going on three, and I'm not okay with that. Once I contacted my credit card company and filed a claim, I got my refund finally.
That sucks. I got my order within 8 days. And everything was less than half off.

can i customize my clothing through rue porter and have them print it so I recieved the clothing with it already printed?
They use to with DTG (direct to garment) but I don’t they no they do anymore.
