why did he rush boots first, I know the champ get bonus AD, but he got push out of every objective afterwards by viego,l even though he literally 2/0 the guy early, viego should not even be allowed to play the game for a while afterwards

Movement speed, haste, sums haste mean more smites, more ghosts, more ganks. Sure you are weaker in skirmishes but way more opportunities.
