This was written after/inspired by the story of Dolly the sheep, who was cloned. As in the song, Tills character was made not born, so has no mother. I think Richards poor relationship with his mother has something to do with the melancholy sound and feeling as well, though. Theres an interesting but sad interview on YT of Richard speaking about it, and how he received no love being the second born son
Well it was not always the best with Till's mother as well. They had a time, when they did not communicate, but came very close again, when Till's father died. Till even helped to clean his father back then. He was with his mother there, when his father died. That was the point, when they came closer again, because they realised, that they are the only family they have now, including Till's sister, who is 6 years younger.

He'll, it's Rammstein, it could be about anything If they wanted to do the video right after a your, but four of the six didn't want to do it because they'd rather vacation, well, the director may not have time to shoot it even they want to, thus, only Till was in it. The video could have been the end of Rammstein. Since then, the band has regularly visited a psychologist.
