I noticed your plants were not as tall as mine, and yet they were still prolific giving you a very good crop. My plants reach 5 feet tall. I soak my seeds for at least a week before I plant. In my climate, it takes a long time for them to germinate, but it is well worth it! Thank you for your beautiful lessons in cooking. I love the way you honor your food. I can tell by the way you touch it. Once again, bravo!
My dad cooked a stew with okra in college. He didn't know how to cook it and let it simmer for too long. When he checked the stew, the okra had completely disappeared 😄
