I was so delighted to watch Anesthesia and Christian prepared their delicious family meal and Kwame eating heartily. Gosh! The excitement of him making a few steps. Well next time he's doing something do not get excited because you'll never get a repeat, just be calm. The first food I introduced to my babies were the Gerber and Heinz Baby Foods and Juices then from the family pot Creamed or pureed Pumpkin or Creamed Irish Potato. I sort of done in reverse vegetables before fruits (savory before sweet) in order for them to appreciate vegetables and they did. Stay blessed, stay safe. One love from Jamaica 🇯🇲

Once again great "Let's talk hour" from a real couple who gave their honest point of view, thank!. Loving this blog family oriented, romantic, cooking, baby in his nature behavior, and growing. The soup looked so advertising all I need was crackers or cornbread. I don't have the opportunity to introduce my child to different cultures foods, but he is an adult and have traveled extensively, and have eaten all type of food so have my grandchildren. My granddaughter husband is Nigerian and he prepares all types of dishes, especially goat meat, always prayer.
