Kontiki Fishing Karioitahi Beach with Powertiki Auto Nav

Set out with the fam from ‪@paulsfishingsystems‬ to have my second ever go at Kontiki fishing as suggested by one of our Subscribers. We wanted to see what a local beach fished like and set out to a beach 30 mins from home. 2 sets later our dinner was taken care of and we were ready head home. Great company and massive Fun!

Nice, nice, nice....it's a tricky spot to fish when the wind is anywhere but north or east eh? That predominant southerly current can grab your gear and throw it up the beach so easily.
As for you asking, "what would you like to see": How about a drone launched lure, say a popper or waxwing sent out as far as possible and wound in to shore to see if anything bites it - like a big kingy! Pay good money to see that on film :)
