Everything about that cake is perfect I love how you use the toothpick to make the lid not having to make a separate piece works great for me and the middle layer looks like clouds looks like the Tiffany box is just floating on clouds beautiful there's nothing bad you can say about that cake but there's nothing bad you can ever say about any of your cakes they're perfect thank you for sharing your expertise and keep on caking
Hi Rosie. I will be making my daughter's birthday cake next month. I want to cover one of the tier with marbled fondant having similar effect to one of your previous cake, but i would like mine to have a mixture of white, light grey and rose gold colour. While i would want the white to be more than the grey and rose gold, can you tell me roughly the amount of fondant in each colour i will need to roll to cover a 12 inch diameter cake and 6 inch high pls. And what colors should i mix to obtain the rose gold pls? Thank you loads. You are a big inspiration to me. Tc
