We had an amazing stay here. The staff was very helpful and kind. The food was great. The view was breathtaking. The 6 hour drive was definitely worth it. :)

Place - The hotel is situated near the beach with in a largely Muslim community. They removed their vehicles and let us through in several places on our way to the hotel. The beach is good and the hotel looks very nice with its tent shaped rooms outdoor showers etc. The problem is that one cannot leave any food inside the rooms as the space between the roof and the wall lets mice and squirrels to come in. They had eaten a bag of ours when we are out.
Service - The service was not that good. We went there late around 3 pm but our room was not ready. The resident manger did nothing but to have a chat with us until the room is ready. He did not even offer us a complementary food or something to comfort us. To make the matters worse the next day they kept us calling form 12 noon to see when we are leaving. We were about to leave but this ill treatment annoyed me. They could have at least refrained from calling to see whether we are leaving as they had done a mistake on their part. They also provided room service but some dishes were not properly covered sometimes.
Food - The food lacked a large variety understandably because this is a boutique hotel and food was ok.
Overall the stay was ok but the staff should be trained more in customer care and being genuine in what they does.
