No matter what you think about the name-copying situation, you have to understand the implications of DeepHumor1 giving DeepHumor a false copyright strike. DH1 could of just talked it out with DH or even gave him a community strike which lets DH fight back. Instead, DH1 gave DH a copyright strike which not only hurts some innocent guy's revenue stream by blocking monetization for a week, it also makes his channel susceptible to being terminated. DH1 even admitted that his copyright strike is false by saying he striked DH's video as a "warning" which is textbook false copyright striking.
Plus, in Deephumor1's now deleted response, it appears to me that he tried to make this an issue about race and how the "westerners" are trying to belittle Turks. This claim is simply false, many Turks that have watched both sides are siding with the smaller Deephumor simply because there is no defense for what Deephumor1 did to him. The fact that DH1 tried to make this an issue about race just shows that he will manipulate his audience who doesn't understand English into believing his false narrative; he will literally lie to his countrymen's face, knowing they either won't know English or won't bother translating the real DH's videos.

How is this guy stealing content? Your evidence is the channels in his descriptions but he does it to give credit to the people that does the interviews. This guy edits them. And how can you steal a name like “Deep Humor”. “Deep” is so popular between Turkish Channels. There’s popular channels like “Deep Turkish Web”. This guy wants to keep his name “Deep Humor” because it gets attention. There was 4 or 5 channels with the made up name that means nothing that i came up with in my dream when i started uploading my music years ago, i ended up with my real name. (It’s a different channel i have). Your guy trying to claim “Deep Humor” is so crazy.

Maybe i was dumb. I could make videos about them and say like “They are stealing content!” or like “I don’t understand their language but this videos are very low quality, they are using bots for views”. And i could earn so much money from people that wants to support me.
