@@warlock_r Last season they were playing with Rise man, who is not on the same level as Vatira, Atow or Dralii. Atow has been on point, and lately Vatira has stepped it up as well, add to that Dralii and it is possibly the most homogenous team in RLCS history, each being among the best defenders of the game, but each also immensely mechy with killer offense (which is where Vatira seems to have leveled up since last season). Each can take the role of defender, midfielder or attacker, unlike other teams that still rely on one more defensive player, one poacher, one playmaker.
@@ozfunghi All that is irrelevant because even with Rise, they were still winning everything. Failing to qualify for regionals was never because of a lack of skill. The team just broke down for some reason and ig the competition started to figure them out. Same thing happened with GenG and FK. Fk was an improvement over Noly but the team deteriorated so much at the end that it was worse than where Noly left it.

After watching Dark all these pros look slowly
Dark can't play 3s that well so no one cares
Dark is literally all speednno brain and since people started to counter pogo plays efficiently he's become completely irrelevant, bro 😂 and he almost always loses showmatches. Speed is unnecessary if you can't put it to good use
Even then, pros use a term I call "burst speed" where on average they are slow but speed up spontaneously to catch people off guard kinda like how a dragonfly moves. Dark is constantly fast which throws people off at high ranks because the burst speed is usually what everyone uses from gc2 and up and because of this he also gets thrown off from a basic tactic like burst speed since it ruins his flow state and his boost management is honestly pretty bad which always leaves him in awkward positions and eventually having mid defence overall
@@Mullenmeister1510agreed. it's just the five year olds on RUclips comments who have no understanding of the game and see flashy mechanics like dark has and think he's the best in the world. Like I said no life experiences and no understanding of anything

I watched this live and atow was incredible. at one point when he was down 4 goals with 2 minutes left i said outloud to myself " this isn't that big of a deal , this is plenty of time for atow to come back. less than a minute later he's leading by 1 lmao....
Usually in these matches he manages to do the opposite. Throw a lead like that away, or lose stupid matches when he is within grasping distance. He lost AtR finals to AppJack and Mawkzy while he was playing insanely. He lost to Nwpo by throwing 2 games. He is maybe the best player in the world who makes a habit of losing important matches where he is the favorite to win.

Both can enter, but only one would be able to play under KC
I think they are about equally good. Top tier just below Nass and Diaz. On par with RW9, Nwpo etc.

Well Nass, Diaz, NWPO are almost all for sure ranked higher than Atow recently. If you don’t wanna give credit to Diaz, you can still give credit to RW9 who hasn’t been grinding super hard lately and still is formidable, though Atow will likely be ahead for a while
Wait so Atow bears RW9 in a Bo3 showmatch and that immediately offsets him losing the match up in a higher stakes 1v1 tourney (Bo7 as well)?
