Parfumo has the correct notes. They virtually always do. And they do list cumin in the top of Noir Kogane. Fragrantica is shaky at best. Honestly haven't used that blog much since 2017. And now that they've integrated pop-up vids, it's just going farther down the tube imo. Seems to be a common characteristic of anything that gets too much attention. Appreciate your thoughts Pam!
you are right, it dries in the same way as Guerlain essential oud, however the start has nothing to do with a large dose of leather, and a lot of cumin, a high quality perfume but already seen (noir kogane)
I think you might have forgotten how Oud Essential smells. It has 0% vetiver, 0% tobaco. Noir Kogane on the other hand is a heavy blast of tobaco and vetiver. Maybe only the leather is shared between the two. But I reallt can't find any real similarities between the two.
