To think he went to dig out Pantsula culture in 🇿🇦 for this video. My respect 🙌🏾 goes to him. To all those who don't know 🅿🅰🅽🆃🆂🆄🅻🅰 is a tradition and also a highly energetic dance form that originated in the black townships of 🆂🅾🆄🆃🅷 🅰🅵🆁🅸🅲🅰 during the apartheid era. It developed into a form of social commentary for black South Africans and has undergone several transformations with the country's changing political tides. This is the first Nigerian artist to showcase and appreciate this side of South Africa. Beautiful 🙌🏾 🇳🇬 🇿🇦 🌍

Mr.Story teller, this is pure naija vibe and has nothing to do with any of your local pantsula or paluzula what ever..Agreed that Amapiono beat came out and just as ur South Africans take some of our Afro beats but no complain. So mr.just don't come here and try to claim anything ok..You people should just accept that real music come from Nigerian period.

@@Naijaforeverontop you're very rude. It's common sense to acknowledge people that have inspired you. What's wrong in him thanking Rotimi for including them by using Amapiano? I don't understand why we Africans are always bickering and fighting each other and I'm saying this as a Nigerian. If a non-Nigerian artist uses afrobeats, won't they also acknowledge Nigerians? Honestly, the rudeness is very unnecessary.

Let's enjoy the fact it's a black community music...Music originated from us whether u disagree or not...To rest the case as a Music Producer myself...The Beat is a mixture of Amapiano(also created in Africa by South Africans) & Afrobeat which is used in 99% of African music this days..And Nigerians are the ones Promoting the Beautiful music with their incredible beautiful Population which gives the African Music Industry a lot of Advantages..Part of the Lyrics itself is Nigerian English(Pidgin) if u listen closely...Thanks for Reading, leave your comments if u agree but their is nothing to disagree about.

As a producer( I'm Nigerian BTW) I'll say the beat is amapiano, the (makuse masusa ) "chant" is an amapiano vibe, the choral effects in the vocals are NIGERIAN, pioneered by ASAKE and the video and artist are NIGERIAN. Matter of fact all creators(artist, producer, video director, location ..e.t.c) on this content are Nigerian and the best thing about afrobeats is it's versatility and ability to pull inspiration from everywhere. But the synth sounds and drum patterns, simple chords and log drums and structure makes the beat 100% amapiano. The vocals on the verses and prechorus Rnb/pop vibes, the chorus before the log drums come in with the crowd/choir/reverb sound a is 100% Nigerian which is technically the catchy part of the song so.... Let's say 40% amapiano 30% afrobeats and 30% Rnb/pop.
