First off wanna say great video man. As an agent main who has almost 300 hours on her I understand why a lot of people dislike agent and on top of that this specific weapon. But in my opinion the whole health being saved when invisible is super negligible. Agents don’t use kunai for one and done picks. They use it for long kill chains paired with the dead ringer. The whole point of the weapon is to be an agent with a soldiers amount of health and outmaneuver the entire enemy team.

Most Kunai agents are easy to kill but for the few that are. Actually God it's very painful to go up against. I'd definitely like to see the upsides tweaked a bit to be more fair and not put the weapon in a state where it's almost objectively the best knife.
I'd like to see a video on the Gutbuster at some point. The new update reworked it and converted it from a shotgun I rarely care for to my most hated weapon in the game. Curious to see other people's opinions

Honestly this video perfectly explains my opinion on the Kunai. However, I do have one more point to bring up, and that is:
SHEER NUMBERS
This knife is undoubtedly the best knife in Agent's arsenal, this means that EVERYONE AND THEIR MOTHER USES IT. Especially with the use of the Dead Ringer to effectively remove what makes Agent an interesting class and dumb it down to "durr trickstab = free dopamine". This leads to so many moments such as the one in the video where you watch as one Agent who knows how to trickstab wipes your entire team who doesn't realize that trying to melee the guy who can instakill you is a very bad idea, and no matter how much damage they take, they can just refill their healths by using your teammates as free healthpacks.
I would like to change the Kunai by doing these things:
1. Reduce the Kunai's max overheal from 210 to 180, and give the weapon a 15% faster overheal decay, even while cloaked.
2. Make the overheal scale based on how much health the AGENT has as well as the enemy, just like FishStickOnAStick's rebalance TF2 server
Examples: Stabbing a 200 HP Brute while you have 5 HP gives the maximum overheal. But stabbing a full health Marksman when you also have full health only gives you about 65 overheal. Stabbing anyone while you have over 135 health gives you only 35 overheal.
This makes it so that 1. The Agent now must go for higher health targets to gain the maximum overheal, 2. When an Agent does go on a massive killing spree, the enemy can actually kill the Agent instead of being powerless to stop them, and 3. Even if the Agent cloaks away, the overheal won't save them for long, and will force them to try and get another stab, leaning into the more agressive role that the weapon was designed for.

anyways, great video. conniver's kunai definitely needs some sort of change to make it feel more balanced, as 1 stab on a healthy enemy and you're basically just agent with more health. also the ending is... interesting, to say the least.

as an arsonist main who exclusively uses the improvised innovator, kunai agents are as much of a non-issue as a katana anniknight.

as an agent main I can safely say that the kunai is the best weapon for agent besides the YER (YER is the best sidegrade ever)
Don't kill me for saying this....kunai is training wheels a the i can't walk on my own tool, the thing that jet packs spys, this thing also has a buggy hit box everyone keeps getting face stabbed i also got a face stab and i don't play agent that thing has to be nerfed badly
I hate spies in tc2 because the servers are so b a d. Face stabs are the norm, not a rare random thing that happens.

For my opinion at least the kunai is just a pick me always. Why would you use the swift? why would you use stock. It feels like agents mains only use it as to not be squishy like a flanker. But idk I'm not an agent main.
