There are some episodes where even I don’t know how to do somethings. But the rest just make me feel smart

and while I learned the lesson that it is not a good idea to use the syringe to supply jelly the hard way myself, I at least knew how a syringe works.

@@JB-xl2jc yeah, it may seem like a good choice, but it's really hard to push something viscous through that tiny hole
@Jeff B: I could kinda understand why they picked the syringe. There were two bowls filled with jelly and chocolate and then the already prepped piping bag that just needed cutting.
Some probably thought the bag couldn't be all they need and tried to figure out how to prep the chocolate/jelly. Still HOW?! tho.

This seems kinda silly to argue about how to do since that’s not how most donut shops do it anyway, you’d use a machine or a sharp longer tip on the pastry bag
I was thinking the same thing! Even when I make doughnuts at home, I use a pastry bag w/a metal tip to push through AND fill. I don't dowel my doughnuts...🤷🏻♀️
