No idea how I got to this video but wow I'm amazed! That roof structure is amazing! The whole building too! The fact that you actually put stones between the train tracks was a great attention to detail!

Lego workers would do this in there sleep
Set would be too expensive, considering it'll cost 10 a 20 cents per piece. This set would be approximately 2000 - 3000 dollars

Great MOC and using the curved track to support the roof is genius. Got berated once about Grand Central calling it a station whereas it's officially a terminal as it doesn't have through traffic (trains) but not trying to take away what is an awesome MOC.

The roof is made of 9x31 = 279 window panels. At Bricklink average price that's 279 x (£0.34 frame + £0.39 glass) = £204. Expensive hobby!
Brick Missing yeah the roof is an expensive part of the build. But I think I bought these frames and glass via pick a brick at Lego the are cheaper there.
Yes - In store pick-a-brick is definitely the way to go for a mega build like this. Great job on the design.
