When you start a new programming cycle, you have to reprogram *all* of the remotes. It's a GM security feature. ---edit Just noticed your update video. I'm going to leave my comment up though for future people to see.
Don't take out the programmer in between programming each remote. Every time you take out the programmer or turn the key, it starts a new programming session. Program all remotes in the same session. Turn the key, insert the programmer, program all of the remotes, then remove the programmer, etc.
When I connect the OBD2 Programmer my needles int the dashboard came out all crazy up and down and Traction Control light was turning off and on..? Also I disconnected the programmer and the car/lock stood light up..! i tried to move it like that and the transmission jump when i was shifting from P to R or D... Is all that normal..?
You have to do them all at one time before turing the key back off. Every time you turn key of and start to do another one you are reprogramming the others do one after the other in the same time do not unplug the ubd or turn the key off
you have to programming all of your remote at once, I mean you have to press on lock and unlock button for one of your remote until you hear the door locked/unlock sound then press on lock and unlock on the second remote until you hear the door locked/unlocked sound again and so on without removing the OBD and the key from the ignition, you have to do this for all of your remotes even for old/original remote please try this way and let me know if it is work thanks
Yes i figure it out lol i should had made a follow up video, but yes what you said is true it was my mistake, i Didn't follow the instructions, but i have them working now.

eBay seels them and so does Amazon. You can also get them from auto parts stores.
