Does anyone like my Danish pastry pipework? There was a reason for it but can't remember! Anyway this is a mad radiator and it's available here: amzn.to/3VwtlCn Pipe bending video out on Wednesday 30th November.
Hi james. Fitted one of these recently after seeing your video. They look truly amazing and definitely a talking feature. My only issue with mine is the air trapped in the various small angles that i can't seem to fill with water. Mine's mounted horizontally so maybe has more air trapped voids if mounted that way?
Cool looking rad. I fitted an almost identical one for a customer recently but in grey. Pipework looks a lot neater if you use corner valves though mate. Then the pipes go straight through wall 👍
Great. You always do a video around the time I am doing the same thing. If I tee off the pipes leading to an existing radiator will that work ok? Going to install a temporary radiator in a long room for the winter
Great work and lovely looking rad! & interior of your home. I have a weird question what kinda light is in your lamp is it a warm white or cool white? Cheers
I must say that is an ok job. It would look much better with angle valves painted in the same colour as the radiator. You should invest in the pipe covers and backplate to have the job done top notch. Also Terma have designed radiators for 15 mm pipes for a reason. 10 Vs 15 mm pipe makes a huge difference to how quickly they are heating up.
Amazing job. I've fitted a towel radiator recently. I usually note the old lockshield position and set the new one the same except this hasn't worked and four rads are stone cold. How do I balance them when it's odd legs going all over rather than feeding to/from each flow/return?
29/11 22 Is it true that painting the backs of radiators matt black improves heating efficiency by making them radiate greater heat into the room space at their front surface & not emitting so much at their back area into the wall on which it is mounted ?
Question to all you plumbing experts: I want to replace the rads in my bungalow, they are all fed by 10mm pipe (I believe it’s called micro-bore?) All the existing pipes are within the soils walls, therefore is it fine to keep the existing pipe-work and not replace it? Many thanks 🙏🏻
There’s no plastic pipe in that run, right? You've just protected the copper. Need to replace a radiator where the feed is 10mm plastic then bit of copper to the valve 🙄
Who chose that awkward design? DON'T answer! Plead the 5th, or the rolling pin may come out! 😥 Of course, both valves are manipulative and so it'll be your fault 🙄if the balancing gets cocked up. Hope the spare rib doesn't see this comment.

omg I thought this radiator was ELECTRIC like no pipes just a fuse box or something, thank god I didn't buy it!
Is there air pockets inside
All that work to slop in abit of caulk around the pipe 🤣
That's blockbusters! Great job BTW

I'd agree corner valves but very expensive.
This is a beautiful staircase, glue blocks, routed, wedges 😍. Was tjere any plumbing going on? 🤣🤣🤣

Great job James Functional Wall Art Lovely
I fitted this same radiator a couple of months ago, bit of a head scratcher.
Nice rad James
Reminds me of Blockbusters from the 80's with Bob Holness
James is a brave man working so close to a tiger! 🙀

What temp variation should there be,from top to bottom of rad? Some of mine are 57 at top,but 35ish at bottom.....part blocked?.?
What paste do you use for sealing the reducers?
"Ethical reasons for not putting pipe in the wall" 😂😂
Are you going to put some kind of 10mm pipe covers where the pipe come out of the wall and in to the radiator?
Very nice mate 👍👍
Boss rad. Do you call them crunchies, bullets or reducers though?

Oooh that's tasty !wonder can you get pipe shrouds to go around the pipes the same colour as that rad 🤔maybe not in 10 mm ,super stuff mate 👍👍
You would not need pipe shrouds when using angle valves that can be in the same colour as the radiator
Nice, fitted one of these exact ones a few years back at one of my places
tube shroud ?make it look pretty
Why don’t you used 10mm microbore. Do you use 15mm or 22mm then 15mm feeds to rads and why? Many thanks
Won't the room stat be to close to the radiator.
All that lovely work, and then it looks rough as F coming out of the rad going through the wall. Silicone round the 10mm lets it down.
Nice install James, as always. Your cleaner isn't going to thank you for all the extra dusting that rad needs though

Yes
Hello my friend I would like you to fit the same radiator will you be able to do that for me
Tidy job. Nice one.
640 quid for a ffffffffffffflippin radiator....maybe one day, I'll have masses of excess cash to buy stuff like this 😂😂😂😂😂
You should of been a plumber 😂😂
And one with a heat output similar to a small single panel rad costing £35
Would angled valves not have been nicer
Nice radiator that
Get off it , its not a climbing frame
i fitted one last year, thought would be a nightmare brackets where pretty good actually and it was light as fuck
That is one hideous rad. 😳
Just hang it on the picture hook?
Could dry so many socks on that 🤤
Only 1-0 to Brazil!
Hold tight
