It is in Igatpuri near Vaitarna Lake which have lovely stays for family, groups and for couples like 4BHK villa for big groups and family, then there is Log House for small group and the main thing is the Lake House & Tree House for Couples. Here, all the stays are very unique which has private jacuzzi for couples and group then there is mezzanine floor in the log house and at last open sky roof in the Tree House.
Sam's Country Ranch is Pet Friendly and there are so many games & activities like Kayaking, Horse riding, Cricket, Badminton, Archery, Carrom, Chess, cards, etc.

1. Lake House: This is there best cottage for couples stay as it has indoor jacuzzi with huge private deck for privacy and romantic conversations. This cottage has amazing lake view just in front of it.

2. Tree House: It's a Unique cottage built on huge tree branches and has a beautiful small bridge entrance. Enjoy star gazing while sleeping on bed and the cottage has amazing lake view too.

3. Villa 4BHK:- Its a huge villa fully air conditioned which have a huge private deck where you can just chill with your gang and the main thing is there is this private jacuzzi for group with lake view
