    Hi Andrei, the plastic wrap should be removed before simmering it with a little water and then let it fry with its own oil, no need to add cooking oil. just slow fire to avoid burning.

      That is skinless longganisa. It's not edible covering so you should remove the plastic before boiling and fry it. I don't buy that kind of longganisa.

      tama naman ginawa nila. After boiling, remove the plastic and then fry. Maganda naboil na ksi mdali tanggalin sa plastic tapos luto na ang loob bago ifry.

    When i cook longganisa, I TAKE OUT THE MEAT BY SQUEEZING IT OUT FROM THE PLASTIC COATING. Then cook with water wait til its dry then oil for frying, wait til brown and its good for meal. Happy eating beautiful family!

    Ay! After taking it out from the freezer, immediately remove the plastic from the longganisa. It is easy to remove it when it's still frozen. And then boil it in some water and it will fry in it's own oil. No need to add oil.

    You can use a small piece of paper towel to wipe the pan with oil if you dont have a brush

    Andrei it is easier to cook chorizo to remove plastic wrapper of chorizo before boiling so that it will cook continuously from boiling to frying. So that Mama Olga does not have to hold the hot chorizos 🙂

    Unwrap the plastic while the chorizo is frozen, put chorizo in the pan, add a little water and cover, steam until chorizos are cooked, add a little oil to fry. Voila!

    You cooked the sausages the wrong way. Mixed them while boiling.. then poked them with knife put a bit of oil then fried them

    Always ask sombedy from the store where you bought any food on how to cook it. We have 2 kinds Longganisa in the Phil. if its wrap innolastic youbhave to remove it before frying.

    There are 3 kinds of Filipino longanisa: skinless, just push out of the plastic cover and boil in a small amount of water until oil goes out no need to add oil. Another is wrapped in pork intestine. This one maybe cook directly still with little amount of water and with plastic cover (the one M' Olga cooked).

    Hi Andrei no need to remove the chorizo skin while cooking a canbe removed while eating. Yes cook in little waTer first to render its own fat, fat will fry the chorizo. Thanks.     Let them boil with water enough to cover them and cook in a slow fire until water dissipates and oil starts to come out from the chorizos. You can do the same with longanizas.

    Andrei, you don't simmer the longganiza with plastic, remove the plastic then put a little bit of water until it dries and let it fry in its own oil. By the way that's called longganiza, chorizo is different. Every province there's a different version of longganiza, in our province (Pampanga) our longganiza our big and more special.

    It’s nice if dennis will cover
    the whole kitchen with a net or a screen for protection of insects like flies & mosquitoes,It will also more comfortable fir the whole family while cooking & eating the food,specially during the night there were lots of insects flying around the light bulbs.

    Did your family try hot pandesal already? It is the classic breakfast bread of Filipinos. You can buy it early in the morning newly baked from bakeries. Pandesal is perfect for coffee. You can slice it in the middle and put inside cheeses or sausages like chorizo, longaniza, hot dogs, sliced hams, tuna, and eggs.

    Andrei and mom Olga just boil the chorizo until done then fry it while frying the wrapper wil crumple bec of hot oil and thats the right time to remove the crumpled wrappers.Prayi ng for your family.

    Pls remove the plastic wrap around the longganiza before putting in the pan with a little water. Then when the water has evaporated or gone, add a very little oil and fry on low fire

    I think those are skinless pork & chicken longganiza wrapped in plastics. The proper way to cook it is to remove first the plastic wrapper then fry it directly on a little amount of oil for just several minutes.
