    Thanks for the video. I think you might be the first to put out a vid to show how to change the tire. I just got my Pint. Still learning how to ride it. I'm a diy'er, I would rather fix it myself, instead of bringing it to a shop or sending somewhere to get it repaired.

    Thanks for the video. I just used it to break down my Pint for a flight.

    What is that step at 8:52 ? You used some kind of machine to seat the tire but didn't mention it. Is it necessary to buy another machine just to do this? And what about all that glue you wiped off? Is it not necessary to use lubricant or glue or anything?

    Don’t use a screwdriver to wedge between the bead and the tire. It’ll scrape your rims like he did.

    Great video. Very clear. Thanks for sharing. I wonder if it's possible to use Tire Plug kits to repair a minor puncture flat?

      @sonnywheels2373  5 лет назад +1

      Yes I use it all the time. I only replace tire when it's worn.

    Could you explain a bit more about seating the bead?

    • @jacklets3851
      @jacklets3851 4 года назад

      xflow once you have both sides inside the metal part, I believe you just put air in the tire and they will just pop into place

    • @deemontes7265
      @deemontes7265 3 года назад

      Yeah it usually takes about 80 psi to pop the beads

      Mike V neither am I. It seems like a very painful process but thankfully you don’t have to do it often. Apparently those big middle axel screws are very custom and if you strip them your screwed so be careful when you do change it.

    Is there an alternative wheel you buy for pint? Or are we stuck with the same tire???

      SolarizeYourLife yes there is,
      i dont know what its called but im pretty sure flight fins are gonna be selling one, i saw them at floatlife fest and they had a pint with a treaded tire and flight fins and every thing, i hadnt seen one like it before.

      I tried a Hoosier 5.5 treaded. Had to spread the module out to fit it. Didn't care much for it. My friend has a FF treaded Hoosier on that is pretty decent.

      You might be able to find tires with treads that are the same size for offroading
