So Calliope is kinda a hypocrite. I mean, she didn't like that Aphrodite kept on 'dying' to forget her past, but she kept on passing herself onto her muse. I have played this game before watching this gameplay, and I did get Aphrodite to change her mind in repeat 'dying', because I think she needs to move on, especially for Eros. Watching this gameplay made me realise, yeah, Calliope is a hypocrite in this matter.

Love this omg!!! One, you had so many hot ppl and chose the old dude? Two, pan said he sent the key to the reliquary to your house, I think you were supposed to head there first which is why Freddie came along, I think the game made an error in letting you go straight to the reliquary
So what I got out from the end is that Calliope went to figure something about her fate maybe about grace but whatever she wanted to know they weren’t allowed to answer and the furies sort of took care of her but in her panic she set the alarm off causing the furies to run off and Calliope to run off and all that happened idk I may be crazy.
Also absolutely love this game, but they are playing a little fast and loose with Greek mythology (spoilers and trigger warning). Medusa works for Athena, but those two HATE each other. Poisedon SA’d Medusa (a normal girl) in Athena’s temple, and sense Athena couldn’t get revenge on the other god, she cursed Medusa to have the snakes and the stone powers and all that.

I tried to uncover what made Aphrodite pass on her eidolon, and I tried to stop her from doing it, but alas, I failed(in the timeline your playthrough takes place-in my playthrough, I succeeded in saving Aphrodite) I'm sitting there brooding on how Venus is going to have to suffer ALL of Aphrodite's trauma and Eros is going to be in even more pain now, but I tell myself: "HEY. This was Aphrodite's wish. I can't question her now. Besides, Venus is gonna learn the hard way and hopefully Grace and Eros will be there to support her. And during Grace and Apollo's musical number, I'm just sitting there on the wall shaking my head in bemusement and congrats for the couple.
I will need to split this video in parts but oh boi the first 30 minutes were awesome. I keep amazing myself about the fact that I didn't know the existence of this game. My gf is planning on buying it so she prob is going to stop watching it, but tbh I like watching it while Rin comments. I guess I will have to watch both play it. 😌 Keep it up Rin. Awesome as always!

In this universe, Hephaestus would have had a hand in possibly EVERY major military innovation the US had since WWII. So not just the atom bomb but also the H bomb, ICBM’s, the SR-71 and U-2, depleted uranium tank munitions, stealth fighters, maybe even the Internet and the Space Program….

I was mainly talking in terms of how Apollo having a thing for Calliope in-game and how the protagonist is sort of that new incarnation of them (or will eventually have their identities merge blah blah blah). Seemed a good fit for a musical! If you think that Freddie is a better fit, that's fine too (since it's clear that there's many paths for romance in the game), but there's no need to be so pushy about it. How else am I supposed to interpret "Apollo seems like the intended love interest" when Freddie is the story that makes the most sense, is the most compatible with Grace and is the character that you can still flirt with regardless of which god you side with? Grace and Freddie literally say that they've always loved eachother but were afraid of ruining their friendship. Taking that moment and relationship away from them to force Grace with some typical ripped white guy love interest who pretends to mope around for sympathy points but digs his fangs in when the opportunity arises and claim that HE is somehow the INTENDED love interest is incredibly gross.

In many versions of that myth, Medusa was a priestess of Athena when Poseidon assaulted her. So she would have been working for Athena originally.
