Only thing to note: This might more be an any% speedrun than 100%
The difference is that any% is just complete the game as fast as possible (no restrictions) while 100% is complete the game while doing all the optional stuff (such as collectibles, non main quests, etc.)

I think by 100% he means doing the levels the right way because you can finish friendly skies almost instantly but he did the slow way

On the first level you can shoot the front window and throw one of the bombs out to blow it up instead of having to get the screwdriver
