I was back in Taiwan this past July and my cousins treat me to a goose feast , it was the best I’ve had! The goose meat also sliced and spread on plate just like Beijing duck, the goose blood tofu, the intestines plus all local specialties plates, that was not only delicious but quite memorable ♥️♥️♥️ I have to say Chinese cooking are exceptionally diverse and flavorful!! My upmost awaited highlight of these Asian tours!! ♥️♥️♥️

Wow, yummy! By the way, the fried fish is not tiny at all, which size is quite decent. It is dace fish. You can buy the canned fried dace with black bean at any Chinese grocery store all around the world😂. It is the quintessential plain white rice companion for Cantonese people.
The sunset colors, especially that deep red, were gorgeous, and the tangerine roasted goose and pork with mustard sauce sound delicious! I think I've only ever had that kind of pork with hoisin sauce. 9:28 I had to look up what "faff" meant lol. Love how blunt Bob's "no" was to whether he liked the green vegetables. Looking forward to the Hangzhou vlogs!

好豐富的燒鹅餐，至於蔬菜下次可以点油鹽青菜就不用每碟都系肉。倆老不宜吃太多肉，少肉多菜較健康。
