You forgot to review the front peak cabin, which is more comfortable than the floats cabins. Neel 47 has only 1 top cabin, but smaller neel 43 and 45 have 2 top cabins. Interesting review with honnest direct owner's review.

Hi German , this is yoshi nice report 👍👍👍 2 month ago I left from Boca del Torres to Miami from northwest of Cuba to Miami I came into a tropical storm , Jesus that was the hardest sailing Etappe I ever did in my life will never forget it but the boat made it without any damage even you sometimes thought that the waves will crash it into pieces

i am a trimaran sailor. I have a 30 foot Condor. When i look at the Neel trimaran i see a floating apartment. Very comfortable to live on and so-so performance. With the wind at 130 degrees in 20 knots of wind I would be doing 20-22 knots if the waves and current were cooperating. Neel's pointing ability upwind is not terrible but significantly disadvantaged to modern monos or performance multihulls.
Let's just say what it is. It is a liveaboard dream for those sailors that don't really care about performance. Nothing wrong with that if that is what you want. I think this is what Neel is after. For the size of the boat it is quite a bit less than a cat of similar size and market niche. Would be nice to see how the boat is constructed. Because, that my friends, is where you will see the troubles begin in cheaply built boats. Another thing to consider is how to get the boat hauled. The boats get beamier as time progresses. Many yards do not have the capability to haul out such beamy boats.
It is a bit different approach after mono and cats, but it has its clients for sure
Great to hear "straight talk" experience from owners. Stuff like the toilet situation is too "real" for the luxury review channels, but key to understanding actual boat life. Fascinating to hear the mono/multi performance debate from a legit live-aboard sailor, too.
We will make video about real difference bw mono and multy btw soon. I like all the types of vessels depending on purposes. So all hace some pros and as a result cons.
