    Hey Alexy! I enjoy your teaching style very much. Your instructions are clear and comprehensive and I love the fact that you aren't afraid to goof around a bit on camera. Those are the things that make your videos so much fun to watch.

    Hi Alexy, your my new favorite ballroom RUclipsr I learn so much from you and my teachers are so impressed with how much my at home practicing had improved because of you so thanks so much. If I can make a few suggestions one would be for you to turn around the face the wall so we can copy your moves from your back angle. Also if you wear contrasting colors like dark pants and a white top we could see your hip action and torso action a little more distinctly. Thank you again!

    Hi young man, I love your teaching. I like your attitude--you are wanting to help and it shows. Each of your lessons has clear instructions and very useful to me. I want to, if it is possible, memorize and use all the tips from your tutorial to my dancing steps. Wow, I can almost hear all the complements from my friends and love ones . Amazing videos! Really plan on using these and practicing everyday using your videos! Just one suggestion - if you could perform the move at full speed at the beginning or end, it'd be helpful with prepping for comps and internalizing what to expect when trying to do it full time. Thanks!

    Walter Laird,Technique of Latin Dancing Page 56 Samba Whisks to L and R. Important Latin Cross is defined as Page 10, When RF is crossed behind the LF, both knees will be compressed and the hips level. The toe of the RF will be turned out and the R knee will be tucked behind the L knee. Depending on the length of the knee to foot and the amount of ankle stretch, the toe of the RF will be approximately 15 cm [6in.] from the heel of the LF.

    Hi again Alexy! Do you have any videos of you doing the whisk at music speed? I'm having a hard time visualizing how all of your excellent pointers can be incorporated into the pattern at speed.
    Thanks!

    Your teaching count is 12345678. Is your count of 1 =1 and 4=a and 8=2 when whisk is 1a2? Hope you could clarify. Thank you for sharing.

    • @ballroomwithalexey3951
      @ballroomwithalexey3951  5 лет назад

      SKY Hey there, thanks for your question.
      You basically almost get it right, the only thing is I want to add is that count “1”= (123) not just 1 because it is 3/4 of a beat.
      “a” is only 1/4 so you right on that one is =“4”
      And lastly “2” is a Full beat which means it equal (5678)
      In this case we have
      three-quarter 1=(123),
      quarter a=(4)
      and Full beat 2=(5678)
      ✌🏻

    • @SKY-kh8te
      @SKY-kh8te 5 лет назад +1

      Thanks Alexey, makes a lot of sense. So 1234 5678 is 2 beats of music. Why didn't I think of that?. Thank you again
