    Hey @mediabooth, this is a great video, very helpful. I was wondering if there's a way to send the first email manually written, and then if they haven't responded to send the follow up 1 template. Can't seem to figure it out.

    Hi there, great video by the way. This is the first video which has actually made it clear how to stop the rest of the sequence sending after the email has been replied to with "Email has been replied to is False" so thank you! I had a question about sharing leads between sales team members. If I have a sales team of three and they are sharing a database of contacts, is there a way in PipeDrive I can prevent them from reaching out to the same people? Any help is greatly appreciated :)

      Hi Matthew, thanks for your comment. That’s actually a really good question, thinking out loud there might be a few ways to attack this, first being add a label automatically to a contact that has been contacted in say the last 30 days, making sure that the sales team could clearly see labels when going through contacts. Second could be divide all the contacts into 1/3 each and make them leads (not deals) in bulk and assign each 1/3 to each sales person. If the lead/contact is any good and qualifies, make them a deal if not archive that lead and move on. Let me know if you want me to make an example video on the leads or labels structure if you think that would suitable. I would highly recommend using leads or deals and not just directly working in the contacts section.

      @@MediaBooth Thank you for your speedy response! This makes sense, I am still working out how to use automations for email sequences as my new company is fairly new to email prospecting. I will look into your suggestion and how that may work for my team and get back to you. If I have any more questions is this the best place of contact or is an email address more suitable? Thanks again!

    Hi Alim, you could add a condition to the automation to not include that email address. Or add a condition that only contacts with the “subscribed” status can be emailed then simply mark that contact as unsubscribed. Let me know how you go 😊
