Some Moments in my Life Pt. 24| Baking a Summer Cake, Coffee dates by Myself & All about Berries🍓🍇🫐

Here is the Recipe for the Vanilla Base Cake🍰:
Ingredients
400 g flour
200 g butter
5 eggs
90 g sugar
1/2 tsp salt
3 tsp vanilla syrup
200 ml water
4 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp baking powder
1. Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff.
2. Beat the butter, egg yolks and sugar until fluffy. Add the vanilla syrup and salt.
3. Add 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder, water and milk. Stir in the flour and fold in the stiff egg whites.
4. Preheat the oven to 180 °C top/bottom heat.
5. Pour the batter into a greased tin and bake for 30-40 minutes.
6. Leave the cake to cool and serve as desired.
