Even after being hurt by him ( probably he cheated on her and perhaps not just once ) and breaking up, she still can’t hate him completely and still gets in touch with him once in a while even though she knows she shouldn’t and at the end of the song she says “I hate you” but she doesn’t really mean it. She says so just to try to convince herself that it’s over between them and forget about him completely. “Dry flower” here means that all the memories she made with him will eventually fade away with time just like the color of a flower fades away.
