F-ONE Swing - Learning the Basics - Landboard - Fone Surf Wing - The Kitesurf Centre

Video 2 in the series of the the F-one Swing.
Here we learn the basics of flying the F-one Swing, the wing has 3 handles down the boom/strut, with one handle on the leading edge.
The handle on the leading edge is great for once you are on a wave and getting started, you can then move down the boom towards the trailing edge to help sheet in the wing.
By moving the wing in front of you it helps you ride further upwind, as you move the wing towards the back of the board the more you will be pulled in the downwind direction.
We used a landboard to learn the basics of the wing, this will mean that we don't have to concentrate on the board section to start with rather than going straight to being on water. This was very useful and definitely something that I would recommend others to do that are getting into wing foiling.
