They're comic book characters, they all have a either sidekicks or clones or some unsuspecting normie to inherit their mantle's. Comic writers kill off, replace and revive/reboot beloved characters all the time so why wouldn't the game writers just chop and screw it with whatever boardwipe rewrite they want to use from DC comics.

I'm gonna disagree, I think this game actually characterized and designed the JL insanely well. They just wasted this good depiction by making them turn evil. If we had these same designs and personalities for a JL game they would be awesome

WW got snapped away like BP in IW, also really random (not in the moment, but in premise.). flash doesn’t even get a DS IIRC. this game is fucking abhorrent and abominable. The black deadshot is the original, the previous version of the Arkham verse was an impostor, in the game he says he killed his impostor.

My belief is because brainic is having them fight both the military and task force x at the beginning of the game batman was killing cops so I wouldn't say it's impossible for the league to be fighting the military instead.

Shouldn’t the ring fly away to find another host as soon as its owner dies? I don’t know much about Green Lantern but from what I’ve seen of him, that’s normally what happens
It shoud fly of to find a new user, if the user is dead, so Shark shouldn't be able to put it on or use it as it takes skill and training to use, and the oath is used to charge it not create a construct, and he wouldn't go crazy and try to attack them. I'm the comics green arrow got a ring once and made 1 arrow and said it felt like he was dying ( or felt really bad can't recall the actual terms) so all this only works by disregarding canon.

I would’ve even excused them breaking canon by having king shark use the ring because it did look like it was breaking his mind and he was the only one who could take it for a little bit so maybe they could’ve done a thing where they keep the ring to battle Superman with as like a last resort weapon but even then, they literally use it for a single joke about sharks and we never see the ring again.

The comics are very inconsistent. That deathbattle used the most inconsitent feats to give Green lantern a win and even then Alien X and Ben 10 were heavily downplayed.
And second the suicide squad realistically has no way to kill any major member of the justice league. They gave them massive plot armour.

I know the game is called Killing the JL , but I and most people are not upset by their death, but rather by the humiliating way in which they were killed without respect or scenes befitting their names. Batman dies without a fight honoring his name and he received a liberal feminist speech while he was weak, surrendered and the Batman we know would fight until his last breath and die with pride , flash. The fastest man alive was hit by bullets and beaten in a humiliating way, and Boomerang was going to urinate on him. Green Lantern had a short fight and then fell to sleep on the ground and listened to Deathshot's taunts. Superman remained. We don't know how he would die. 😐

You know something i picked up about green lanterns death? When John Stewart died. The ring did not fly away to the next host. Meaning the REAL John Stewart could still be alive. Why find a host if the original host still alive. Braniac prob found a way to fool the ring. Removed it then did all this.
