I can't say I'm surprised. Matpat and Tom Scott were some of the biggest influences on RUclips. If big people like them leave, it gets people thinking if they should leave, too. Both parties made very valid points as well, which only further fuels that line of thinking; puts things into perspective.

I know I’m just a viewer and you can live your life however you want, but maybe try to explore all your options and find other things you can get enjoyment from that doesn’t stress you out so much. we’ll support you either way, Ryan
I totally agree with you. I have priorities in my life that I always let consume me. What have I learned from it? Happiness is the most important. We watch this channel because we love the youtuber who plays our favorite games. If the editing is making the mental drain this unbearable, I think I speak for everyone when I say that we'd love to see you be happy. Truth be told, we don't need excessive edits. Seeing you struggle is tough, but please know we love you so much! And we will support you no matter what! We want to see you happy! For the anxiety, I would recommend therapy. The longer form videos are personally my favorite, because I can have them playing in the background. I have even gone back and re-watched the killer frequency videos.
I don‘t know if you will ever see this, but the pain from your chest could be caused by stress and overworking yourself. sitting and editing for so long without getting up can take a toll on your body ! especially if you do it 24/7 , and added with the stress you have mentally (perfectionist, feeling bad when relaxing) it can cause such symptoms bc your sympathic (?) nerve is constantly firing. it‘s the nerve that gets activated for survival when we are under stress…
you need to stimulate your parasympathic (?) nerve by relaxing actively while not feeling bad for it !

The anxious feeling when not working and the chest tightening and restricting feeling is so relatable. Im a college student on my final year and I get that feeling here and there. I do think its just anxiety and hopefully its nothing serious for you as well. We appreciate all the hard work you put in your videos and don't mind if you take breaks at all. Hopefully youll be at a point soon where you feel the same about taking breaks and it not affecting your channel.
