thats kinda sad man .. here in venezuela gay clubs play really good music i `ve been working for more than a year as a resident deejay in the biggest gay club here in venezuela , is called BOODOO LIVING look it up on youtube if u can , the thing is that music here is great but we don`t play offer nissim too much around here because ppl simply doesn`t know his music but still , yesterday i played his new song (everybody needs a man) and an old hit , (cha cha cha) , i love that song is always good to play it .
I discovered Offer Nissim and Maya quite by accident. I believe his song "Alone" was on a mix CD. Listened to it about a million times and then went "searching." To make a long story short, I first had to purchase CDs from Israel. No one in the USA had ever heard of him. Not that I'm surprised; most peoples' tastes (here in the USA) can be found in their mouths!

Around here (anyway) the only "dance" music that is played is rap--which isn't CLOSE to dance music.
