On the tracking map it has the first leg in Australia but it doesn't show the second leg to where it went in the US and from there to the next there's no 3,4,5 and so on. Also how do you know where it's at at the present time. I'm not participating in this but would still like to see where it went with the numbered legs and its current location and who has it. Maybe I've missed something and there's a list because I can see how it would make a mess on the map with lines and numbers all over the place. If there's a list would you please direct me to it? This is a neat idea to do. I'll very much enjoy seeing where it goes and who has it if that's possible as it moves around. -Wil. 👍
Hey Will, Thanks for the enquiry. At the moment the box cars have only done their first legs of the journey so far. They will be onto their second leg soon. Just organising the logistics to get them from Australia to USA. They will be heading over to Steve Arnold first before each box car is distributed respectively. I will be updating the map as it moves around the world so please be patient. Regards Shannon
@@backontrack133 I thought that all the marked places was where they'd already been. So I'm with you now. Also I'm not impatient I was just curious to know what was going on and that I'd not missed anything. Sorry if I came across like I was demeaning your charts because that's not at all what my intentions were. -Wil 👍
@@williambryant5946 All good. Its been a long time coming. It doesnt help with the global pandemic slowing postal services down. But Ive marked all the places the box car will be heading to. And as the logisitics are planned, the map will be updated with the the course the box car took as such,
I have been part of some traveling cars before and it is an interesting and fun activity
Thats awesome. Ive only seen one other instance where someone did a travelling box car. SO we decided to adopt the idea
Should be lots of fun guys! Thanks. Best, John
Thanks John. I agree. Tell all your friends about it and let see how many stops these box cars can do
