Name doesn't imply everything, because if it did, that would mean (for example) hot dog is made of dogs and hamburgers are made of ham, and in both cases that's not the basis of the names. I'm a big fan of your cooking though! :)

I meant if you were cooking steak it wouldn't get flattened. Chaap obviously apnar technique motoi korte hobe first a flatten kore. Sorry for not being clear. ekta kotha... steak banate gele mangsho chepta/flat korte hoy na... steak medium/rare/well done kore grill/pan fry kora hoy... but never flatten steak. tahole ar sheta steak thake na... chaap hoye jay lol
