In that video, they were turning into vampires (and idols) and uncomfortable with the transformation (crying/screaming). In this, it's a celebration of what they've become. The birthday cake as an anniversary of their transformation? Partying and celebrating their status at the top of the chain (and as idols). Sunoo carrying the cup with his blood and pouring it into the fountain to spread their disease (and influence?). The cameos represent a future magical world with the new group. Those are my thoughts.

Actually just to add maybe the one they probably based on is given and taken since that is the "start" of the Vampire Ehypen and become part of "Hybe multiverse" and so far the timeline of the songs is given and taken then Drunken Dazed then Fever and Carnival Album but if we gonna rely on Where could the Story itself start or where it is inspired mostly the Characters other than Ehypen Vampire Characters it's gotta be Drunken Dazed atleast in my Perspective.

They sadly did not make it into the group, but I think that they are both going to debut in a new Japanese group along with some other members from the show.
