Absolutely beautiful aircraft in reality and the same goes for your model of the same. I started building models at age 13, and I am now 67. I've built over 200 scale planes each of a different type. And that is the BEST representation of HE 111H I have had the pleasure to see flying. Thanks for the vid.
Has everyone here seen the 1968/69 movie "The Battle of Britain"? One of the best scenes is near the end, beginning with contrail over St. Paul's Cathedral (movie effect) and perfect music for the tense combat. The Luftwaffe never really understood the main, huge advantage of the British because of the coastal radar. And their Me-109 fighters could only fight for about 30 min. before diverting back to France for fuel. *This happens to some of You*, when airline crews holding at a fix reach a certain fuel quantity and divert to an alternate airport because of weather and/or traffic density at the destination.
Beautifully detailed Model , of an Iconic and Beautiful Warbird . A Credit to its Builder . On screen , it was said to be powered by two Gas-Turbines . That starting procedure was for Piston Power . And the Sound was Piston as well .
Played the sound to my grandfather, he immediately looked up to the sky and said ‘Oh shit the Germans are here.” Realized I was playing this video, he explained it sound exactly like the Heinkels over the English Channel during his volunteer at the RAF base
What a great job. To fly that over England knowing a flight of hurricanes might be waiting to dump on you thousands of .303 rounds and head to a target took courage and a big set of Kahuna's. Many made it back carrying dead or wounded.
What a superb model! Never seen a flying model of the He111 before. Great job, and the bomb drop was a nice touch. Now to set up a 1/5 scale flying diorama, all that's need a is a lone Spitfire Mk.IA, dogfighting 2 Me109Es, and a late production 3-bladed Hurricane Mk.I tackling the He.111!!! What a display THAT would be, huh? 😊👍
Wonderful plane & a tribute to great German WW2 engineering. Fantastic original detailing including not catering to the PC crowd w/ proper swatica on the tail. We need to pass along to future generations history as it was, not as some wished. Only then can we hope to learn from it.
A real He 111. buzzed my RC club field back in the 90s. Out in the middle of the Canadian prairie. It crashed in the US many years later killing the crew.
Nice model but the pilot did not look up to the task of flying it. The model looked to be flying tail down most of the time and was being corrected constantly with elevator. Looks like a decalage problem.
I love it when giant expensive models don't crash just before landing. So many pilots destroy their planes because they can't grasp the concept of maintaining proper airspeed.
Beautiful modal, may I ask where were the plans acquired? and it's nice to see the the history was not removed or tampered with, well done to the builder/ builders
A real beauty! I wouldn't want to be a pilot in one, though. All that glass, with no armor protection at all. Even modest armor would have protected the pilots from the .303 bullets used by Spitfires/Hurricanes.
I know they are expensive but 5, 7, or 9 cylinder radial (think Pratt and Whitney Wasp) would finish this plane. It would be 2nd to none. Awsome job sooo much work. 1 word=RESPECT
famous plane... read about it doubling as a submarine in the memoirs of Skorzeny in the rescue of the Duce in ww2.... also rescued soldiers at Stalingrad who were left for lost.... certainly the luftwaffe got a bad wrap all around...but the truth is much different if you check the records, much that has been locked away as secret has now been declassified and is very enlightening...sometimes shocking...anyway...great build of a famous airplane...looks great sir...wishing you clear skies ahead.
That is a big model of the Heinkel 111. That looks very realistic as most RC models are. I think maybe a good Battle Of Britain film can be done using these wonderful models. No CGI required.😄😄😄👍🇭🇲🦘🐨✌️
Great job on the HE111 good to see someone building rather than buying an ARF. I have noticed a lot of use of "Latex Paint" in the USA, have never used it and wounder if it is fuel proof ? Any more details on its application! Nothing wrong with the way you fly holding the TX like you do, but just imagine how much smoother you would fly using mode 1.
Magnificent looking beast.
Absolutely beautiful!
Not just a RC model, it`s a work of art.
Was für ein unglaubliches schönes Modell der 111. Und das gepaart mit dem LUFTWAFFEN MARSCH ☺
She absolutely gorgeous . Fantastic recreation of a famous . Luftwaffe bomber . Thank you .
Well done. Great construction, great takeoff, great flying, great landing on one engine like so often during the war. I am impressed. Thank you, Carl.
Excelent, one of my old faves!!

Very cool. The HE 111 is a very nice looking plane.
nice job. true craftsmanship.
A thing of beauty is a joy forever.........This is my favourite plane of all and what a lovely model I LOVE IT

Only 7 months to build that monster. Well done Sir!
Wunderbar. Great model, flies nice. Love how it looked taxiing...the weight of it like the real thing.
Whenever I see German scale model RC planes I always think of the movie flight of the Phoenix and the scale model designer 😌Hardy Krüger 🇩🇪👍🏻✨
I can only say: 👍👍👍👍! YES!!
Wonderful With all real decals ! Great!!
Beautiful !! 👍👍
Wow...that Model looks great very cool

Take another look. It says "Power - Twin DA-60 gas engines". So not turbines, but gasoline-fueled piston engines.
Beautiful! Great work!
Absolutely masterpiece-respect
A very nice Heinkel. Great build and a superb landing.
and how realistic it appears on flight and more yet at a flare to land...
Wonderful-looking machine. Authenticity Rules! 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
if something is PERFECT is that landing...soft and absolutely stable !!
OUT STANDING ,the build ,the flying I can't fault a single thing must have taken a long time .I can only say WOW. Well done .sir .
My big compliment. A beautiful, detailed airplane. Great flight. Keep it up. Nice greetings from Germany
Einwandfrei! Sehr gute Detailtreue. Gratulation zu dem sehr gelungenen Modell.
Epic you nailed it sir. Thanks for sharing
Very good, it's shape looks quite authentic....
Played the sound to my grandfather, he immediately looked up to the sky and said ‘Oh shit the Germans are here.”

Beautiful model and the addition of the music was a nice touch.
OUTSTANDING results fly with care.
Heinkel he 111s saw alot of action during ww2. One of the most aerodynamic planes ever to fly
The HE-111 was a bear to handle if it lost an engine!
@@sillyone52062 yeah that wouldn't be good being a larger airplane, unfortunately many heinkels were shot down during WW2 killing many German aircrew

Ein Modell welches Weltklasse hat 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Hats off to whoever built this. It has amazing quality, and a really short build time for something like that! Earned a sub
Magnifique réalisation, bravo !!!
My favorite next to the B17. Thanks for showing it.
Beautiful workmanship and flight.
excellent pilot and a beautiful bird....
Wow...Beautiful. ..absolutely amazing, thanks for sharing. Regards, Anna

Oh WOW! An RC He 111!!!! That has got to be the coolest thing ever!
Simply magnificent!!!
Add a POV/FPV cam I would bet that the view would be awesome! Beautiful plane.
Very impressive work done there...
One of my favorite german bombers, great job! Thanks for sharing !
Thor70 the germans hadn't much bombers :)
distinctive silouette... not really beautiful, but fearsome.
[AUT] Jagdkommando They did if you think about it,
Sobek 55 if you think about it, they didn’t have many
Enhorabuena por ese magnífico modelo de RC y por la excelente exhibición. Saludos desde España.

Wonderful model ! Nicely done! Thanks for posting !
Great work Carl! Looking forward to seeing the 111 over Owatonna!
Awesome plane. Well captured with the camera. Does it still fly?
It does still fly. I saw it this past summer.
@@njhunt ... would be great seeing it at Joe Nall Weel this year 👍
@@RCScaleAirplanes that ain’t happening

Bellísimo !!!! Una escala gigante !!! Excelente trabajo !!!!!
Beautiful plane, congrats!
Ein hervorragendes Modell! 👌🏻

Carl , She's a magnificent Hinkle
Beautiful airplane . The detail on the pilots was great. Put a pro cam on it and post please.
Awesome! 👍🇳🇿
Oiutstanding build ,correct markings add to quality, irregardless of political correctness.

I hate the politically correct markings. We don’t show history and then we forget history.
Irregardless?
its even dropping the bombs
That's cool
Beautiful
Que bonito video ..magnífico juguete ...se ve tan real..que fabrica los hará.???..aquí en chile nunca e visto uno asi..
Beautiful plane!
EXCELENTE. GRACIAS POR COMPARTIR.
I’ve never been more jealous
Endlich mal wieder ein MODELLBAUER und kein Schaumwaffelkonditor... Note 1.
Beautiful Heinkel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

stunning 💖👍

+just interested - As stated towards the end of the video, Carl designed the He111 himself (He designs all his aircraft)
just wonderful i do love "angels" ;)
One of these, full scare, bombed my granny's fish and chip shop.
Sorry mate. Guess they didn't like the fish and chips.
I would love to be able to build this one day, I am a RC plane beginner.
Thank you. Beautiful video, plane and model, but I prefer the sound of a four-stroke engine in a plane
A real beauty! I wouldn't want to be a pilot in one, though. All that glass, with no armor protection at all. Even modest armor would have protected the pilots from the .303 bullets used by Spitfires/Hurricanes.
Спасибо ! Это реальная модель .

Radials do sound good, but would not be correct and would probably not fit in the nacelles. The full-scale had inverted V-12 Junkers engines.
" If I have to look at one more bomber....." Battle of Britain opening remarks...lol
And the saluting officer leaning forward, wondering why the staff car had stopped.
“If I have to look at one more bomber Kesselring, I won’t be recommending you for promotion”

What is the soundtrack and is it available for download?
it's from the movie: Battle of Britain. You should find it if do a RUclips search.
Pretty awesome.
So where in Michigan was this?
At an event at CARDS field west of Lansing, but Carl is based in Wisconsin.
@@njhunt thanks👍
The tail came off the ground fast!
Great video Subscribed.
Fkn awesome Sir!!!
Nice! Especially like the 3-bladed prop rather than the silly-looking 2-bladed ones on some otherwise great planes.
Sure the kid would have liked to crawl into it :) beautiful job!

Wonderful airplane as usual Carl! Will you be coming to Delaware this year? I hope so! Rick R.
Superb!!
Good BGM!
Impressive
Where you buy this plane? I wanna buy this :D
He built it from his own plans.
I am a modeler ! And this is a great plane ! That would take time to build .
