My favorite tier V ship! Nice to see lower tier ship being featured. Not as flashy as the latest/greatest ships but for us still grinding tech trees very valuable information on strategic play. Well done destroyer game sir!
I always try to play my DDs like that as I'm pretty sure I learned this from some of your earlier stuff.....I leave BBs till the end unless they're dumb enough to charge up the middle or flank I'm spotting for!!!!
Excellent video! AS this was a Haven map, has anyone else noticed the two figures, one dressed in black and the other in white, standing on one of the rocky ledges during the game loading screen? They're about two thirds of the way across the image and five striations of rocky layers down from the second highest rocky landing. Sorry, my geologic terms are crappy. i have a highlighted image I grabbed, if I could post that here Tbull. Thanks agin!
i expected you to exit cap to the east. lots of space behind the cap, open water so you never lose vision for your bb's and opposite your team so reds are caught in a crossfire, as vision and angles are usually your thing. going north and sacrificing your detection advantage surprised me but it all worked out well in the end. gg.
Took a bit of a gamble, hoping they would continue straight into the cap and I could hit the broadside. Had they guessed I left to the north the might have pinched me in there
Any time I play DD's the CV's just hammer me, often I can't even get where I'm going. In the PC version, the CV's know DD's don't have very much armor and they also have poor AA, so the CV's will hover over you at the start of the game, and eventually blow you out of they water. I've tried staying close to islands, I've went parallel to bombers and length wise into the torp aircraft as a defense method to save my DD. Also in the PC version, they allow 2 CV's in the game, and that really makes it hard to have a dd. Smoke don't seems to help, and the Swedish DD's which have great concealment of 7.0 with Torps of 10.0, are still no better off, unless there are no CV's, and also have no smoke so you have to torp or shoot your guns and kite away, and that's if you are still around to do so after the CV's get done hammering you. To me the Swedish DD's are more torp ships while American & British DD's are more like gun boats and their detection is at least .5 or better concealment vs Torps.
After all this time the Fubuki is still my favorite DD. I know the game tells me that the Fletcher is my most played ship. But the Fubuki is so fun. Can be a decent earner too.
Anyone know how to get the protector of the faith camo to appear as an option. I have at least a couple hundred but they don't appear as an option for me to choose in the camo area.
Right now there is a limit to the amount of camps that can displayed, so if you run out of another one they should appear. They are working to fix this, I would guess next update
Great torpboat gameplay! Its a nice change from the usual BB gameplay. Keep up the awesome work man!
Still love the Fubuki...great destroyer advice, as usual...keep up the good work!
Great vid, spot on commentary. Thank you again for your content.
Love using torps to turn folks and my position to change their behavior! Great vid!

Nice one tbull, good little ship especially in the tier 5 ranked i found.

Personally i like to use 2 salvos and the 3 rd one slightly later where I anticipate them to dodge the torpedoes.

haven't played Fubuki, as my favourite is Icarus - love this ship :)

Oh, "Using the Red Base - Fubuki."
Tbull, I was like what the hell is a "Red Base Fubuki" until I started the video.
Same here. I assumed it was a new permanent camo.
Love my Fu, finally an IJN DD with decent guns.....albeit used only when caught out by another DD, otherwise Torps all the way!!!
I hope they bring it back. I've been in T5 too many potatoes on my team at 6+ sux
great guide man, disengaging is necessary

U prefer it over the Akatsuki?
@@derrick031072 I do. Although the Akatsuki is still a great torpedo boat even after the Devs worked to make it less deadly.
Just in time when I bought it
Little late call me slow is the skill "last stand" on legends?
yes. it's a legendary skill on most dd captains.
@@none3763 ithanks
Just unlocked the 10km torps and managed a 130k damage 4 kill comeback W first game with one of our players never picking up the controller.
Could I get a game or two with you. Always looking to play.
