    Great video! I talked to one of y’all in Zwolle (Got confused about direction of train there lol) and I was also the one who made that semi honk in Frierson.

    Nice video.
    One small thing though, 2816 is limited to 50 mph. She never was doing 65. I chased the exact same stretch.

      It was hard for me to tell, seemed like around 60 to me but I'm sure I'm wrong.

    To be honest, I thought everything about CP 2816 now CPKC 2816 was all older footage. But after googling it, it turns out this was happening right now. Apparently this tour known as the Final Spike Tour was to I guess celebrate the merger between CP and KCS. Now together there CPKC. And this locomotive is gorgeous! So is the whistle! A pure Canadian built H1b Hudson named the Empress. Welcome back CP 2816 aka the Empress.
